Comfortable Stay with Room to Improve

The King Studio Suite offered spacious accommodations for our couple getaway. Although the bed felt firm for our taste, the cleanliness stood out. Our late-night snack at the nearby restaurant was a great convenience.

The room was nice and clean, and I loved the comfy beds. The AC worked well, but it was a bit noisy. The bathroom was pretty standard for a Hampton Inn. I noticed some tackiness on the floor tiles, which was weird. Overall, it wasn't bad, just little things that stood out.

the staff at hampton inn went above and beyond to accommodate us. we arrived early and they quickly found a room for us, which really helped since our daughter was at cheer camp nearby. the heated pool area is nice and feels great after a long day. plus, it's conveniently located—it’s a short walk away from many restaurants and bars in downtown.

The King Room had essentials like a microwave, refrigerator, and a tea/coffee maker. The staff was welcoming, making check-in smooth. Facilities included a pool and jacuzzi, perfect for relaxation. Breakfast had freshly baked goodies and good coffee. Location was great, a short walk to nice bars and restaurants in the charming town.

The staff done everything they could to accommodate us, just like when we arrived early and the lady checked the rooms to get us set up before check-in time. They had a very nice heated pool area, perfect for unwinding after a long day.

The plumbing left something to be desired. we had a leaky hot water faucet which made things frustrating, especially with a toilet that chose the wrong time to act up. The hotel's aging appearance didn’t meet my expectations, particularly considering the cost. I also found myself stuck in a room near the elevator despite requesting otherwise, which can be bothersome for light sleepers.
